Frequently asked Questions
Question- Why are parts of the text underlined?
Text that is underlined on the WEB page, most of the time, is what is
called hyperlinked text. This means that if you place the cursor (mouse
pointer) on that text, and click the mouse button, it will take you to another
page to view.
Question- How do I get back to where I was before I clicked on the
hypertext.
In the far upper corner of the current browser window, that you are working
in, is a button titled BACK with a left pointing arrow. Clicking
this button will take you back to the previous page you had been viewing.
Question- Some of the pictures have a course/grainy look to
them. How do I get a better view.
If you click on some of the pictures you will get a better view. Once
you have viewed the picture close up, click on the BACK button to return
to the previous page where you were.
Question- I clicked on the title of a song and nothing happened
or it never played the song, what do I do now?
In order to play a song clip you need to have a .MP3 file player on your PC.
A .MP3 file player should have come with your PC computer. Make sure that you
have a program on your PC that will play an .MP3 file and click on
the name of the song you would like to hear again. Also, remember that it
can
take a long time for sound clips to load and play, especially if you use a
dial-up modem. Give several minutes for the sound clip to load.
Question- I clicked on the "FREE sheet music" download link and
an error occurred. What do I do now?
You must have an Adobe Acrobat Reader loaded on your PC computer. This
software is free and can be downloaded at...
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
The most recent version of the software is for Windows XP. If you have
an earlier version of the Windows operating system choose and download the
version of Adobe Reader that matches your PC computer's operating system.
